We process personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfil the purposes of the association, to communicate with members and interested people and to operate this website. This includes in particular form of address, name, postal address, email address, telephone number and any details you provide voluntarily in connection with a membership, a registration or an enquiry.

We process personal data only for the stated purpose and for as long as this is necessary for that purpose or required by statutory retention obligations. Data is only passed on to third parties where this is necessary to provide our services, where you have consented or where we are legally obliged to do so.

2.1 Contact and registration forms

If you contact us using a contact or registration form, by email or via the membership form, we process the information you submit in order to answer your enquiry, process your registration and clarify any follow-up questions. You provide this data voluntarily; without the information required for processing, we may not be able to deal with your request.

2.2 Newsletter and association updates

If you subscribe to our newsletter or to association updates, we use your email address to send you information about our activities, events and topics related to transplantation. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing the controller. The mailing list is kept internally; we do not pass your address on to third parties.

This website is operated by a specialised hosting provider (Vercel Inc.). When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically records technical access data in server log files, such as the IP address, the date and time of access, the browser and operating system used and the page requested.
